Sometimes we find that we are running away from love towards freedom. And then sometimes once we reach the space of freedom we find out that love returns. And yet this time it is better, fuller, healing, and willing to put down its own walls to become. While I may not know what will meet me on the other side of this experience. I trust it. I trust God. I trust myself. And I invite you into a space in which you get to see me transparently. I invite you into a space that allows you to see that even as a teacher of spiritual thought that I am growing, unfolding, blooming, and as always I am becoming

The more that I sit with myself, I sit with my thoughts. I do this up until i no longer judge them. I do this because I want to understand my emotions. I want to understand myself. I want to show up transparently so that my interactions are pure. See, I know we live in a time that is full of so many distractions that we barely know ourselves. I aim to know myself as I know that there is power within that. The better I know me, the better I know others. The better I can respond to my experiences and soon I welcome in more freedom to enter my life.

It is so amazing the things that come up in my mind as I reflect upon my experiences. I seem to find myself always finding another layer and another level of understanding within the reviewing of the experiences. It is my understanding that life seems difficult because we are trying to swim against it current. May we learn that there is always another way to see the same experience once we heal, we forgive, and we grow beyond the pain on purpose.

We talked about the work that they do to help others reach their goals. There was a moment in which I shared how they have added so much value to my works and my life.

When I think of that I feel something in me expand as if to say “yes, yes that’s it. We are here to experience.”

Everything is a choice as we live in a continual duality
