I sit down with Trina who explains how at every 100 days she convinced herself she could be "normal" and that she could drink "normal" again. She learns from every one of those experiences what she'd have to do to stay sober. She would start drinking again and fall into old patterns because when you are an addict you cannot drink normally or use normally. She has inherited a sober page and community that she takes very seriously. She has a space that is safe and helpful for all walks of recovery.

Travis sits down with us to share his recovery journeys and how each one has changed his life. Sharing how he was clean but still drank and how that became unmanageable. Travis didn't use traditional methods because he didn't want to live in his past but be present in his future in recovery. He has taken his words and turns them into inspirational poetry for addicts!
