Kristina is a non-diet nutritionist and founder of Nutrissimi. She helps people who suffer from binge eating and emotional eating to heal their relationship with food, break free from the vicious cycle of dieting and overeating by teaching them to eat intuitively and mindfully. Her goal is to help anyone to eat their favourite food with joy without feeling any guilt or shame.

In this episode we talk about mindful eating and nutrition and the importance of seeing food as not a threat but as something that can give us energy and power to our body.

Kristina also explain how to get rid off that idea of beach body that are so important for some of us and how to change that pattern starting to mindfully understand you needs and learn about eating.

We go through also around binge eating and emotional eating that are big topics in today's world and Kristina give us tools and ways to really see the root of that.

Kristina give us a big aha moment: you don't need a diet to feel good in your body.

We shared our personal experience with food, talking about also apps that can really create a food disorder in you.

We do live our lives using a terrible mind trap: tunnel vision.
