The art of self love runs deeper than social media allows us to see, let's dive a little deeper. Self-love is often misunderstood as being selfish or narcissistic, but in reality, it is quite the opposite. Self-love means accepting and respecting oneself, recognizing one's worth and value, and treating oneself with kindness and compassion.
