Welcome to episode 9.

We're continuing with section 2 and we're on to subsection 3. Whilst every section is important, this is a must know section due to the absolute duty involved here. We're discussing a Health & Safety Policy and your legal duty to produce one but it's not hard and there is a lot of support available.

I always find that we get asked to read the H&S policy on induction but (apart from people involved with the H&S department) who really knows what it is, what it's for and the actual point of it!!

So we're here, doing our thing, breaking it down for you and having a good old chat along the way.
