Exciting time... we're moving to a new section.. This is section 3, which is about duties of employers and self employed to people that aren't employees. We tend to focus on people within the business but we have a legal duty to ANYONE that can be affected by our business activities.. and rightly so. No one should be out and about, living their life and be injured or affected by a business carrying out their work.
