#26 Charlotte Tulloch ‘Lottie Lifts’ on Successful Dieting Mentalities, Finding Maintenance and Fitness Outside of Competing
Today on the podcast I am so so pleased to be joined by Online Coach and Instagram Face Charlotte Tulloch - who you may know better from social media as ‘Lottie Lifts’.
We cover a broad range of topics from her previous life in the 9 to 5 hamster wheel before moving full time into the world of Online Coaching, her current ethos when it comes to coaching her online clients, her own success metrics and finally we look at why competing in body building shows may not always be the answer!
Lottie is a voice in the fitness space whose logical and very rational principals are something I fully resonate with and feel should be shared in order to break down traditional dieting mentalities still often faced by many looking to improve their body composition goals. I think you'll be hard pushed to listen to this episode and not improve your outlook on what dieting means for you. Life doesn’t have to be one big calorie deficit!
To find out more or to contact Lottie, you can find her on Instagram @lottielifts.

It’s just me today! And this felt strange after the last few weeks. I’ll put a disclaimer on this episode: I am frequently asked about my ‘fitness journey’ and in answering that I seem to cover all basis. It’s accidentally autobiographical.
If I am knew to you. You maybe are just looking for a bit of insight into the fitness world, PT or just want to hear about some of the spectacular mistakes I’ve made along the way, this is probably the one for you.
