Today on the Podcast I am joined by Cheryl Stewart of Unique Strength Fitness and Nutrition - and I won't lie, this is probably one for the girls! We talk all things related to the barriers presented to women when juggling physique goals with family life. Cheryl, being a mum of 4 herself and in absolutely incredible shape was the best person I could think of to provide this behind-the-scenes look into establishing that balance.
Not only that, we go into training advice both pre and post pregnancy, our goals for 2021 and tackling Scotland's latest transition BACK into Tier 4.

It's just me today in a very very impromptu, behind the scenes look at my own yearly planning process.
As we find ourselves not only in this strange limbo between Christmas and New Year but for a lot of us thrown back into the depths of Tier 4, I'm taking a bit of time out to set up my 2021 in the best way I can.
Take me on your next walk or sit down with a piece of paper and let's get your year set up too!
If you do find this useful, drop me a message and let me know the goals you set yourself. And if you do think someone else would too, it would mean the world if you could screenshot and share on your social media platforms or send directly to a friend.

15:20 'I’m a bit of a creature of habit and usually end up eating the same thing every day. These often come in cycles where I’ll mix things up every 2/3 weeks. Is this bad or can I keep doing what I’m doing?'

#28 Steve Griffin on How to Lose 100lbs, Simplifying Dieting and Weight Loss Meets Working Life
Warning. I barely keep my s*** together in this episode. I was so so pleased to have one of my Bucket-List guests, Steve Griffin on the Podcast.
