Thatâs why itâs so important to find your whyâwhether itâs longevity, mobility, or just feeling better in your own skin.
And yeah, we talk about balance too. You donât have to live in extremes. If you want the damn cookie, eat it. But also, remember that every small choice you make adds up over time.
This isnât about chasing perfectionâitâs about building habits that make life better. If youâre thinking about starting, just know: youâre not alone, and youâre capable of way more than you think.
