Years of hard work and a senior position alongside a good salary as a scientist, switched to an entry level role with PAREXEL. For those that know him, you'll know how awesome he is. For me, interviewing Maddy was like a breath of fresh air, she's super passionate and very smart; but also has a swagger that almost feels untouchable but in a non-hierarchical or "big ego" way; she is leaving a legacy without even knowing it... WHICH IS THE BEST TYPE. She is very down to earth, humble and easy going, and I can see why Axiom are going from strength to strength with her being an amazing leader.
