The wellness world is full of helpful information... but often gives us the impression that we need to be working really hard to be healthy. Yes, there are helpful changes to be made, but what's important is to do what feels RIGHT and EASY for us and our bio individual needs. This episode is all about honoring our unique selves and the power we hold in our own healing.

When the pandemic started, it felt like a rock bottom. Many of us thought that AT LEAST if something good came out of this, our leaders would have to face the health crisis of chronic illness. Unfortunately, not much has changed and I'm explaining some of the reasons why. Healthcare is a business and we need to take care of ourselves and those around us! And we will :)

Acne and cystic breakouts on my body were not only painful, but impacted my self esteem and mental health. It was my main motivation in learning about holistic health. When I started learning, I was surprised to learn some of these concepts. I had no idea my habit of taking ibuprofen for every ache and pain could somehow lead to food sensitivities and ulcers in my stomach!
