In this episode I talk to you guys about my experiences working with mentors whether it be my first personal trainer, online fitness coach of my business mentor I cannot stress the value of a mentor enough!! as an online fitness coach I would find it pretty hypocritical if I didn't practice what I preach after all! 

some fire coming at you! here is the reality of starting a fitness journey, it is NOT a novelty this is a lifestyle we have to adopt and sustain long term!

the scale CAN be a useful tool to measure your progression in gaining or losing weight, but can become an unhealthy obsession. Your value as an individual is not measured by a number, how you feel about yourself both physically and mentally are infinitely more important!

Too many people stress about all the wrong details and try to find perfection, but it is more about finding what works best for you as an individual. Cookie cutter approaches very rarely work from one person to the next, the more you find what works for you the more likely you will be successful! -
