Mark Jackson is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who wears several hats in the west coast of

Florida. He is doing therapy with End Stage Kidney Disease patients as well as those already on

dialysis. He does a free ESRD support group monthly for the past several years. He is the CEO

of Omega Wellness LLC. In this role he does individual wellness plans, as well works with

practitioners to boost efficiency and revenue by measuring their interventions. Mark shares that

he has been drawn to wellness after helping his mother survive a three-month hospice diagnosis

due to stage four cancer. He has realized that helping people stay or return to wellness is much

more rewarding that symptom management. Mark was born in Jamaica and was awarded a full

track scholarship to Long Island University, Brooklyn, New York. He then received his master’s

in social work at New York University. He is currently married to Wife Dr. Janis Lawrence-

Jackson and has three children: seven-year-old Summer and two-year-old twins Skye and TJ.

Nan Summers weaves threads of beauty, grace and harmony throughout her personal and professional expressions. Raised in a family who founded its “all things music” company in 1870, she grew up also pursuing artistic and athletic/dance activities combining those qualities. Following an interdisciplinary major in Creativity as a Holt House Fellow at Rollins College, she completed a custom MBA integrating leadership with systems design. While some children increased their life span, the quality of sharing those special memories together as a family brought grace and resilience to their challenging circumstances.

Nan joined the Rippe Lifestyle Institute as director of performance and vitality to coach executives on achieving their highest levels of personal health, and positive influence leading the cultures within their organizations. This work has extended to roles in county governments, economic development, hospitality, botanical gardens and historical parks, and successful communities at all scales. She has taught design, sustainability and high performance at five institutions of higher learning. Her framework is inspired by nature’s exquisite interconnectedness for all life to thrive.

Alex Guerra started his career in entertainment marketing. In 1996 he founded Axis Media, a full-service marketing and PR agency serving the film and video community in greater Los Angeles, CA. After selling the agency in 2000, he went on to work in the capacities of producer, and post-production supervisor. His credits include over 200 national commercial campaigns, television programs such as: Hero’s, The Hills, Runs House and other MTV (Viacom) produced programs. He also Co-Produce “Knockdown” an independent feature film, and Skiing Mt. Everest a feature length documentary that aired on ESPN. His career spans over 15 years in production, post-production and entertainment marketing. He currently is a partner and Executive Producer for TS&Z, Inc., a virtual reality production company based in Sarasota, Florida.

Jill Rathburn, BSN, RN, is a Certified Professional Coach with personal experience in recovery and holistic health and wellness. Jill is the founder of Humble Warrior Women, which she conceived as a coaching initiative for professional women in active recovery from alcohol use disorder.

In recovery since 2016, Jill’s journey with alcohol use disorder led her to discover comprehensive healing approaches through eastern modalities such as yoga philosophy, meditation, mantra, breathwork, and chakras. Jill is a passionate seeker of holistic health and wellness strategies, including functional medicine, epigenetics, brain health, and energy health. In addition, Jill values the healing properties of numerous healthy lifestyle options: clean whole food choices, exercise, intermittent fasting, essential oils, and detoxification.

Jill Rathburn received her RYT-200 yoga certification at The Sattva Center in Rishikesh, India. She also holds a certification with yoga and the 12 Steps (Y12SR) and is master Reiki certified. In addition to her passion for yoga, Jill is a competitive triathlete, cyclist, and spin instructor.

Jill began her professional career in pediatric oncology nursing, and then transitioned to pharmaceutical sales with GlaxoSmithKline during the era when select RNs were being hired by pharmaceutical. Thereafter, Jill started a medical education (CME) company in ’88, launching some of the most popular pharmaceutical products of the ’90s, eventually selling the company after 17 years.

As the entrepreneur spirit is always alive, Jill changed gears from healthcare to retail, and owned a successful artisan boutique in the charming ski resort town of Park City, Utah, which she sold after nearly 10 years. Jill and her husband of 30+ years live in Sarasota, Florida, while their three grown sons enjoy exciting and happy lives and are making a difference in their own worlds.

Jill maintains an active nursing license in Pennsylvania and Florida.
