Dr. Mohit Karki is a doctor, nutrition expert, powerlifter and competitive bodybuilder. He has competed in bodybuilding competition "Mr. Kathmandu" in 2017 and 2018. Also, he has trained a lot of athletes. Being a doctor and a nutrition experts he has provided his expertise and some insights on healthy eating on day to day life.
