This week Vicky and I discuss gratitude. How can you cultivate a grateful attitude and in turn change your neural pathways! You have the power! Making positive feedback loops in your chemically dependant brain. Studies have shown that being thankful can change your brain chemistry and Vicky and I have found that it is much easier to do than meditating!
