What is it about "Week 2"  of anything that you need to notice?  Things going better? Recognize the moments of compassion when it is gifted to you

Why not push away the sides of the box that is trapping your amazing, unusual, innovative idea?

It isn't always easy but taking away just one chance to "get the last word"  can make a conversation more productive.  Taking away one option will make decisions easier.  Try it.

In those moments when you think "Whether"  this or that -- Will you make a note and think it through a little more than usual?  Change the Weather/Whether

Can you picture it? Can you offer it up to others?

Establishing the expectations, use the systems, create the environment that you and your students will enjoy all school year long!

Take time to express your thankfulness with a different phrase.  Let the people hear your appreciation and gratitude!
