After the "all clear"  has been determined... we return to a discussion about making your rehearsals even better as you go into the next week of contest season

Pick a Body Part and Polish up the Precision of your group's Performance

Defining your role in the creative process of performance preparations during Rehearsal Season.  Sprinkled with tidbits about ego and the role your purposeful decisions can make a difference in the way you view contest results.

Train the brain just as you train the body!  Little experiences lead to big skills.  Give your students opportunities to be flexible in their training/learning/performing experiences

Deep Thoughts about shapeshifting, ego, identify, and art -- as in the art you are creating during REHEARSAL Season.  Thoughts to help your dancers understand that dance is a Performance Art!  And a discussion of my favorite color :)
