  • “When are you getting married “. // Embracing change // God restores

So… when are you getting married?’ A question many hear, but few talk about the pressure behind it.

Please I’m just a girl. You shall not put me under such stress. lol

I also briefly dived into embracing seasons of change, how uncomfortable it is but so rewarding.

Last but not the least trusting that God restores the years we feel we’ve lost. Because with God, your story is never late — He is the God of suddenly.

  • Love is eazi ft my boyfriend

    Hey guys

    Firstly happy valentines

Hope you guys were filled with love

    Secondly

No better time to drop an episode with my partner right ?

We tackled a couple of things (talking stages, honest conversations etc) answered a few of your questions but most importantly we stressed the fact that love is so eazi and straightforward.

I hope you’ll enjoy this episode just as much as we enjoyed relishing it for you

  • A heavy start to 2026…..

    Happy New Everyone 🤍

Welcome to season 3 of the HMOS podcast.

I hope the beginning of the year is feeling like a warm hug from God.

    This episode is raw.

In the beginning I was scared to record because I didn’t wanna be vulnerable but it’s okay not to be okay right ?

Life has been a lot lately .

The last two months have been a sad movie and unfortunately I’ve been the main actress.

I’ve questioned God a lot lately but I’ve also trusted him more.

Extremely anxious about this year but also praying it goes well.

    Enjoy listening

  • Merry Christmas // Life Lately // The end of 2025 and and……

    Season 3 Finale…

We’ve finally come to the end of this season.

This episode is a bit all over the place..,in the best way.

I touch on quite a few things, but at its core, it’s a life update. Conversations from Friendsmas sparked a lot of reflection, leaving me questioning life, people, and the lack of authenticity in this social-media era… and more.

But you know what? I won’t say too much.

    I’ll let you listen.

Lastly, thank you so much for the immense love and support throughout this season. I’m truly grateful, more than words can express.

    Love and light, always.

  • Ke December // Stop attaching yourself to an older version of people.

    Hey guys

I hope you’re doing well and enjoying December just like your host is.

I can safely say the December spirit is upon me

Last episode I spoke about how I wasn’t feeling December,

Oh hunaaay we are so up now lol

    December is Decembering

    Secondly

You know how people love to speak about someone when they haven’t even received an updated version of the person they’re speaking about ?

Oh “Maria is so so and so” yet you haven’t even spoken to me in decades.

    You don’t know me

You don’t know the person I’ve become.

So when speaking about people or about a situation please ensure you get your facts right.

  • Christmas as an adult

T’is the season to be jolly 🎄

I don’t know if it’s just me or Christmas hasn’t really been the same lately.

Maybe because I’m an adult now.

Maybe because life isn’t as easy as it was when I was younger.

Maybe because I’m not looking forward to Santa.

Can’t exactly pin point what it is but I truly want the Christmas spark back.

In this episode I’m discussing Christmas as an adult. We’re kinda responsible for how our Christmas pans out now lol

    Happy listening

  • Ending the year with gratitude // Advise for my corporate people

We’re inching towards the end of 2025.

It’s been a long year tbh and it’s easy to feel discouraged around this time of the year.

Looking at your 2025 goals and realizing you haven’t achieved most of them.

That’s okay. As long you still have breath in your lungs. You can always try again but don’t forget to remain grateful. Even for the little things.

Second part is advise to my Corporate people.

Also this is advise to younger me if she were starting work tomorrow.

  • Experiencing people differently

First things first in the beginning of this episode I said we’re six months into the new month.

Forgive me , it’s the fatigue. It’s supposed to be 6 days into the new month

    Secondly

Have you ever experienced the worst side of somebody and then you go ahead and witness them display the best side of themselves to somebody else?

That is a thing. Especially With relationships but even with friends and family too.

The worst part is someone can treat you so poorly and then go ahead and treat the next person with utmost kindness.

In this episode I’m explaining how this is possible and also how more often than not it’s not a you thing. It’s the other person

Maybe they’re grieving, maybe they’ve lost a job, maybe they’re battling something so personal that they can’t even speak up.

So many possibilities but it’s still not a valid reason to treat people terribly.

  • Are we saving or spending ? Let’s talk finances

In my 20s, money has been one of my biggest teachers. I’ve learned when to save, when to spend, and when to live a little.

In this episode, I open up about how I’ve handled my finances so far, the lessons, the slip-ups, and the little wins that keep me going.

Saving money hasn’t always come easy for me, but I’ve learned a few things along the way. I’ve managed to grow my savings, cutdown on the expenses, mindset that keeps me disciplined, and understanding the difference between saving and investing.

Ps: I’m not a financial advisor or expert. Just stating what works for me
