Meanwhile down in Mississippi, former director of Mississippi's welfare agency has plead guilty to federal fraud charges, after millions of dollars in funding was missuesed, and is now cooperating with officials in an expanding investigation that has ensnared the University of Southern Mississippi and NFL Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre.

Daniel also talks about the inherent problems in the immigration system from policy, to law, to incoherent messaging that is the root problems before you get to issues like the southern border, sanctuary cities, and governor's looking to raise their national profiles off the issue. Daniel also talks about how there are some on the right who love to point out the evils of authoritarian communism, but are starting to run the same old playbook of stereotypes and smeers again the actual victims of those regimes like the Venezuelan asylum seekers.
