Clara Shih, CEO/founder of Hearsay, sits down with Erik Jepson, head of digital marketing at Morgan Stanley, to talk about the firm's digital transformation journey.
They say all good things must come to an end, and after 110 shows, countless guests and experiences, Hearsay On the Air bids adieu. In the last few years, I've learned so much from our guests, hosts and fellow employees and am forever grateful that they shared their stories.
There are so many people to thank for sharing the experience, and I'll begin by thanking my co-hosts: Ronny, Eli and Alissa. I asked them to take a chance on the show and to bring their unique insights to the program. Each had a different approach to the show, and it was a pleasure working with them.
Thank you to our guests! Whether they were industry thought leaders, customers or our own employees, everyone came prepared and were open to the format even when I would throw them a curve ball or two.
Finally, I'd like to thank you, the listener. The show was always built around wanting to inform and entertain you, hence our "Info-tainment" We hope that the show kept you engaged, provided some new insight, and maybe made you laugh from time-to-time.

Since we started Hearsay On the Air, I’ve often been asked how we did it? Specifically, what does it take to create the show, the equipment we use, and the things to consider when crafting a program. In Episode 106, I share specific insights on how you can create your own podcast based on our own experience. As part of the program, I also offer suggestions as well as a list and explanation of all the equipment we use to produce every program. Hopefully this episode will inspire you to take the leap and create your own podcast. If you do, please reach out to me so that I can promote it, and possibly be YOUR guest.

In Episode 105, co-host Alissa Dos Santos and I review the highlights and themes from our 2017 Hearsay Summit in San Francisco. Taking a 30,000 foot view of the two day event, we explore how much the financial services industry has evolved in the past few years since the creation of the first Summit back in 2013. Specifically, how much the Finserv industry has advanced from the development of social networks for one-to-many methods of communicating, to more personal one-to-one message mediums (text, email and social network messaging).
