Welcome to the Heart On Fire Podcast! I am your host Marie Quizon aka Maui. I am super excited to be on this journey of launching this long awaited project. Born and raised in Michigan, I've come a long way from my hometown to Los Angeles. Listen in to hear a highly abridged story about me. Thank you to all (family, friends, even strangers) who have supported me throughout my journey. Too many people to list as I have traveled near and far. First and foremost, I thank God for giving me this gift to share with others. I want to thank both my parents, Emy and Bert, for raising me! I thank all my bros, Ray, Rob, and Ron, for being awesome siblings! Alyssa, you are the sis I never had... literally! 

I want to thank my bff, Aleksey, for helping me create such a beautiful logo. I want to thank Eddie, Juan, Esron, and Grant (shout out to Sequoya!) for assisting in the production of this podcast. I want to thank again all my friends who supported me through all my ups and downs, especially those who are part of the Zoe Church LA community and the acting communities at large! I love my connect groups! Vic, for being the best cheerleader a roommate could ask for! Michelle, Holly and Sophia, for always finding ways to lift up my spirit.
