Intentionally setting healthy boundaries has opened my eyes to many other things. I've been reminded of the importance of character and holding ourselves accountable for our actions. All of it is with a purpose; to not only grow as a person but to create a foundation for what I call Generational Health™.

If you've been listening for a while now you know that I've been pretty open about processing grief. It's been a minute since I've talked about it because I've been preoccupied with motherhood but let me just say it will creep up on you. Grief can catch you off guard in the seasons where you've focused on too many other things.
