Prayer from the heart is more effective than prayers from the head. When we pour out our hearts in prayer—laying everything before the Lord, sometimes crying or saying nothing at all—the Holy Spirit intercedes on our behalf. What a blessing! When we don’t know what or how to pray, we can let our hearts take the lead. God understands.
