In episode 72 I provide information about how to navigate hard conversations.  One of the most important components is to check your ego at the door.  It is not easy for everyone to have intense conversations because some people have anger issues. Refuse to allow your lover to pull you out of character and out of your emotional comfort zone.  Be ok with not having the last word or not winning the argument.  Relationships require us to have a level of maturity and to control our emotions.  When having hard conversations be conscious of the fact that you love and care about your lover and should not want to intentionally hurt them.  Thank you for listening!

In this episode I encourage the listeners not to be limited or restrained by their age.  There is so much more to people than age but it is commonly the first thing people ask.  I've been in relationships with people younger than me, a bit older than me and within my age group and I've come to the realization that it's more about a persons mindset. Your mindset is what will navigate you through life.  If you feel limited then limited you shall be.  If you feel plentiful then plentiful you shall be.  I've met people who were in their 40's but were irresponsible and naive and I've met people in their 20's and 30's who appeared to be older than they were because they've been through so much.  What's really important is that people are comfortable with who they are dating, that we be in healthy relationships, consensual relationships and relationships that are legal!!!
