There's nothing more mesmerizing than seeing someone from the side doing, being in their undivided focus, passion, forward motion of their happy place, goal, hobby. It's so automatic to be obsessed with what that love interest is doing, when they aren't with us. On the spectrum, It literally aches to having sharp emotional pain from their attentions absense. We have a severe attachment style to a love interest, and we FORGET we COULD be doing a hobby, goal, pursuing large dreams, and skills. From the side, it really is so so so attractive and sexy and magnetic to see someone in their "thing" or huge interest 🤔 😍. Hopefully, that's enough convincing about how you will get the guy, the girl, by being a strongly emotional self-regulatory individual who knows how to enjoy and build solo. You'll see people who capture someone's eye who you will judge as being less attractive than you. It makes you wonder. Well, don't wonder because very likely, that person has win, already won it all mentality that takes is as NO consequence if that person walks out, steps away, or rejects them. They are mentally engaged in their OWN life, engrossed , mesmerized by their OwN goals and own inner value. That's so hypnotizing, so attractive. If you are attracted to your own personal ambitions, future, all that you will have a different kind of INNER sparkle ✨️, a zesty energy, so fabulous.

I've listened to many of my own podcasts to edit the descriptions since many had a general generic holding title . I had to listen to many for content to then write up good titles. I was just in awe of the secrets shared, the vulnerabilities shared, for the good of strangers who aren't that unlike me. This self-love hobby of this podcast proved that I have learned a discipline and have added to my skills. I found a voice of me and all its parts, the strong, the weak, the ridiculous, illogical, all that. I didn't chastise any parts, it shame any parts. I just let them be, be what they needed, until they cycled out and naturally changed for the better
