In this episode, we explore the concept of seeking validation and advice from external sources versus finding alignment within ourselves. When we align our minds and hearts, we create what science calls coherence. Coherence is a state where our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects are harmoniously aligned, leading to a deep sense of connection with ourselves, others, and the world.

From a spiritual perspective, coherence is seen as a manifestation of inner peace and balance, allowing us to access higher states of consciousness. This state has been shown to have positive effects on our physical health and mental well-being, improving immune function, sleep quality, and resilience to challenges.

To achieve coherence, we can practice heart-focused breathing, cultivate positive emotions, engage in mindfulness meditation, spend time in nature, and participate in physical activity. While it takes time and practice to achieve coherence, the benefits include improved mental clarity, emotional stability, physical health, and overall well-being.

In this article we will explore how you can develop the skill of transforming your stumbling blocks into stepping stones and achieve your goals despite any adversity. Life is full of ups and down, twist and turns we all face obstacles. At some point of our lives that can seem insurmountable. The stumbling blocks can be anything coming from a failed relationship to loosing a job or struggling with mental health issues. However its important to remember that these challenges ,don't have to define us or hold us back. In fact they can be turn into stepping stones toward personal growth and success.

Stumbling blocks are the challenges we face in life that prevents us from achieving our goals or living the life we want. Becoming different forms such as setbacks, failure, disappointment, rejection and even fear of failure. These obstacles can cause stress , anxiety and depressions which may lead to negative thought about yourselves. Stumbling blocks affect us both mentally and emotionally by creating self doubt, low self esteem, and feelings of hopelessness.
They make it difficult for us to move forward with confidence because we become afraid of failure , again or being rejected once more. However , if approach with the right mindset, stumbling blocks can actually help build resilience and character by teaching valuable lessons about perseverance, determination and problem solving skills.
