Laughing is good for you. It helps you relax and de-stress and can even help you live longer. But did you know that laughing can also reset your nervous system?

In this video, I'll discuss how laughter can reset your nervous system.

All you have to do is take a deep breath and start laughing—really go for it! And then keep going until you feel like you've got it all out of your system. Then repeat the process. Do it 2 to 4 times a day.

Today we're talking about prayer. What is it? What can it do? How should you pray? Do you even need to pray? And more importantly, what goes on in the heads of people who don't pray?
In this episode, we were talking about the state of prayer and discovering how you put yourself in the state of prayer during exercise with four steps.
Having a hard time praying? Feeling like you're not good at it? Yeah, I've been there and you probably have too. Prayer is a tough thing to get the hang of. On the other hand, we're going to talk about how you can practice prayer and then put yourself in a comfortable state of prayer.
