My dream of losing 40 lbs in four months had been achieved in three months. I had been looking for a coach to help me learn how to lift weights and build muscle. I enjoyed lifting things and naturally, doing this kind of workout would be inspiring and fun to follow. But, I could not find a gym or a place friendly and cheaper enough for me to join. But the dream was still with me, almost six months later.
