First, The plaintiff used to date the defendant after she separated from her husband. In total, the plaintiff says he gave the defendant over 80 different loans for personal expenses like gas and cigarettes. Unfortunately, the defendant has not yet paid back the loans, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits she accepted the money, but some of the loans were gifts, and she didn’t agree to pay back everything.

Then, The plaintiff dated the defendant and says their relationship was extremely toxic. After they broke up, the plaintiff found out she was pregnant, and she is suing the defendant for unpaid child support. The defendant claims he has paid child support. He’s countersuing for a child support refund.
