Mercury Retrograde gets a bad rap these days. But I share some awesome tips to stay grounded and feel accomplished throughout this season and what to watch out for.
Be prepared, my friends, and listen in to be ready for the best Mercury Retrograde ever!
Welcome back to another episode of the Heather Namaste Podcast! Thank you so much for tuning in.
Today I will be guiding you through a relaxing and nervous system-rejuvenating Yoga Nidra meditation. Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”.
The practice draws our attention inwards, and we learn to surf between the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis) – the breath balances and becomes quiet, unconscious and conscious aspects of the mind reveal themselves, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
Anyone can practice Yoga Nidra, but it has immense appeal for those who struggle to let go (I think many of us have ‘battled’ through meditation at times!). It also has immense value for those suffering from sleep deprivation, trauma, anxiety, or depression (to any degree). It’s also perfect for those who have always been curious about the deep states of meditation they have perhaps read about or stumbled across themselves but have never been able to recreate.

Welcome back to the Heather Namaste Podcast my loves!
In this episode, I am breaking down the third yoga sutra of the first book, Samadhi Pada given to us by Patanjali from his book, The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.
1:3 Tada Drastuh Svarupe Avasthanam. We will discuss the meaning of this sutra in-depth within this episode. Be prepared to take notes!
This first book, Samadhi Pada, is the portion on Contemplation. Samadhi Pada expresses the goal of concentration, as a means of achieving vairāgya (detachment) through abhyasa (practice). Patanjali explains that this is possible only with a balance between effort and letting go.
My favorite book on the Yoga Sutras is The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Swami Satchidananda Saraswati

Hello Cosmic Soul Fam!
Finally back after another long break! In this episode, we're chatting all about my newest favorite obsession - Astrocartography. Astrocartography, geolocational astrology or astro-geolocation is all about using astrology to find where in the world you'll experience specific planetary energies.
Most of us and every single client I've had the pleasure of reading their chart has said that they are feeling this intuitive pull to visit these specific cities and countries where they will experience these soulful upgrades to their lives. We all know that travel is one of the most incredible learning experiences we can have in this life. Each new city, country, and continent offers a new experience to see other cultures, beliefs, and ways of living life. It is said that traveling broadens the mind and opens the heart.
Within this episode, I'll be sharing a few stories from clients who've traveled across the globe and their experiences while visiting some of the most highly charged planetary energy lines. Remember, those with the wanderlust are already intuitively being called to these places so that they can have this soulful experience to help them to open their hearts and uplevel their lives.
Thank you so much for listening to this episode. Check out the article I wrote about living in Venezuela and how my Astrocartography chart supports the incredible spiritual experiences while there! https://www.cosmicsoulchemy.com/post/astrocartography-what-i-learned-from-my-own-chart

My favorite book on the Yoga Sutras is The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali by Swami Satchidananda Saraswati
This book gives wonderful translations of the Yoga Sutras and detailed instructions on how to pronounce the words in Sanskrit. The classic Sutras (threads of thought), at least 4,000 years old, cover the yogic teachings on ethics, meditation, and physical postures, and provide directions for dealing with situations in daily life. This valuable book provides a complete manual for the study and practice of Raja Yoga, the path of concentration, and meditation.
Welcome back to another episode of the Heather Namase podcast! In this episode, we're diving into the astrological forecast for the remainder of Capricorn season - entering into Aquarius season!
