True balance does not come from the proper management of the various spheres of one's life, rather it comes through the perpetual merging of ones spirit, soul and body. 1 Thessalonians 5:23 “Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Ecclesiastes 9:11 11 Again I saw that under the sun the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, nor bread to the wise, nor riches to the intelligent, nor favor to those with knowledge, but time and chance happen to them all.

Should we desire to be great we must learn the pace of the Spirit of God and stay in sync with regardless of our opinions, desires, or necessities. When we move at the pace of God you will always be at the place we should.

Balancing Act series continues with Simplicity. After you find your focus, remember to keep it simple.

Bishop James Ray Taylor begins the latest series at Heavenly Vision titled Balancing Acts with the first installment Focus.

Acts 2:1–4 When the day of Pentecost arrived, they were all together in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a sound like a mighty rushing wind, and it filled the entire house where they were sitting. And divided tongues as of fire appeared to them and rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit gave them utterance.

The result of this divine movement was massive salvation and we believe that is still the will of God today.

We as those who have been filled with the Holy Spirit should not boast of any gifts as a sign of spiritual affluence or dominance but we should rather leverage it for the sake of communicating God's divine purposes to humanity.

If you have been filled with the Holy Spirit; ask the Lord, "what do you want to communicate through me?”
