2 Timothy 3:1-9

Learning must be heard with the brain and be deposited into the heart.

As we have come to this new year it must be understood that this os not just a new year but a crossroad. In the beginning of the year we are faced with a decision to either follow our own way, or Gods way. Below are some notes for your convenience.

Jeremiah 6:16

Israel in the height of their rebellion were offered a way of escape. Either continue their rebellious road or follow the Ancient Path.

The Ancient path leads to the Good WAY

The Good Way leads us to Find Rest

Israel chose not to walk in the Ancient path but to follow their own way.

What will you say at the crossroad?

In the final installment of our prodigy series and the final sermon of the year we were encouraged to release our children to become ready. We look at the early life of Jesus and how his parents sent him to the temple to determine what his profession would become. We as parents must carefully observe our children and release them into the environment that aligns with their destiny.

1. Bar-Mitzvah (son of the covenant ) which was the time jewish boy would be required to observe the law and enter into professional training.(41-42)

2. Give great attention to what God is saying about your children when that are young, and allow that to info how you rear them. (43-47)

3. Don’t dismiss your children’s greatness because of you lack on exposure or experience. (48-50)
