May we Repent of our SINS, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, Be Baptized in Water, Receive the Holy Spirit, mostly find to live God's way which is HOLY

The times we live in has shown us a thing or two when many lost their work, jobs , full time employment, leaving us to reach within our gifts. 

Mental Health. Mental Disorder and Mental Disease are words used interchangeably but they do not mean the same thing. 

Having a bad day is not the same as suffering from a continuous anxiety, panic attacks, mood swings and state of depression, 9 out of 10 people are walking around with a mental illness because they have not been diagnosed, meaning Mental Health Awareness is at at low. Many of us walk around we don't know why we act or react the way we do to certain things until its too late.

The belief and faith in God, in a higher being, a superpower, a supernatural, all omniscient, and all omnipotent is a life support for survival in this harsh, cruel Evil world, but God is still GOOD. God can heal any and every disease to them that believe, while medicine is a gift that God has bestowed on a human to be able to heal, all 3 parties, the BODY, MIND and SOUL. 

The COVID-19 pandemic has disrupted our daily lives and has had an adverse impact on people’s mental health. The pandemic has brought about fear, anxiety, depression and uncertainty due to he increasing infections and negative effects of the lockdown period.

According to the World Economic Forum, most African governments allocate less than 1 percent of their budgets to mental health services. An estimated 100 million people in Africa furthermore suffer from clinical depression, including 66 million women.

It is crucial to distinguish between mental health and mental diseases. For patients who are suffering from mental diseases, they require treatment and support, however, mental health is important for everyone.

Throughout our lives, we may experience shifts in our mental health and well-being, varying from good periods and challenging ones. When addressing mental health in Africa, contributing factors such as infectious and nutrient-related diseases are significant.

It is also vital to recognise that mental health issues, if not diagnosed or treated, can be a cause of physical and mental disease and disability, which is frequent in Africa.

For Africa, the burden of mental health problems is severe, with a large gap between what is needed and what is being done financially.

There is also a lack of psychologists and psychiatrists; hence we need to pay more attention to mental health as a policy, and invest.

Mental health needs to be integrated into the healthcare system, the church system, work system where people community and go for safety. 

There are many reasons why businesses fail, from things we cannot control, in what we call macro dynamics, however a  big chunk has to do with our moral compass and attitude in knowing,  believing our businesses will make it when we face personal challenges. This is in our character. Many businesses fail because of lack of management by the right people with good intents, the world has seen so much corruption and scandals globally as a result of money being the only drive by people who are not filled by the Holy Spirit. People will use anything go as far as killing others because of money. 

Any organisation is made up of people, and people come with emotions, spirit, mind , body and soul which needs to be nurtured, however when a person is driven by winning at all costs without realising they are taking their now poison through jealousy envy, greed. That business bound to fail its people
