If you listened to the very tail end of my last podcast, you would have heard a secret... It said that I'd have something musical coming this week and here it is!

This is my longest podcast ever! I had come up with my list of 50 favorite artists with 50 favorite songs for each of them and so I thought I'd turn it into an episode.

It quickly unraveled and got out of hand... But since this was just for fun, I thought what the hay... let it lie... It was so much fun! I LOVE MUSIC!!!

This one is a heavy hitter. I'm letting go of a lot as a 43rd birthday present to myself. The episode was delayed because it was hard to get the courage to release these demons. Setting fire to what you no longer carry, gives more room in those heavy boots! Get it out and let it go...

In this episode of Heavy Boots, we talk about SINCERITY. Why it's important and what it truly means. It's an important piece of our humanity and it has to do a lot with honesty and integrity. Sometimes politeness can look like sincerity, but there's no weight behind it. We go into it all... Are you coming?

The random rain storm (August? Rain? What is going on? LOL) kept me indoors and my thoughts were off the charts. Thought I might as well put these thoughts out there and see if they are helpful or useful to anyone else... I also explain why this August will be the most important month of my year so far! LIFE IS BUT A DREAM...

It's been awhile since I recorded an episode of Heavy Boots. January held intense depression, February tried to cure it and March was a time for feeling better and reflecting. Only now, in April, can I see what I've learned and though I'm still a little lost, I'm finding my way back. This episode goes all over the place and though the content is real and open, it too had trouble finding a cohesive lane. Some of what I discovered while recording this episode is that I am tired of thinking I have to explain myself or defend what matters to me. Being a human is the hardest thing to do. It is so very layered and as I walk the path to increased self awareness may I find less judgement for those without it. We're all doing the best we can. We deserve what we need and we do nothing wrong by being who we are. It's amazing to be back at it and thanks for listening and being patient and sending supportive messages! Heavy Booters, I LOVE YOU! STAY YOU!
