Oh my it’s been a wild fast couple of weeks.  My kid has been struggling ih school major, I got to be on The Mark Bell Power Project and had a full panic attack and I went jogging and amazingly didn't bust my knee.   Through it all life was telling me it’s time to take control.

This week, I need an intro, THE STACH IS BACK! Some new things like,being shirtless in public, fitting into some new gym stuff and Ice Baths.  Plus the fine line between BODY POSITIVITY annnnd BE LESS FAT.  Plus some other things I stumbled across this last week.
