I’m speaking with Amir Atieh of Natanael Ministries in Western Australia today. Amir was born to Israeli parents and grew up in Ramale, not too far from the city of Tel Aviv. His life and growing up years in Israel were filled with abuse and pain on many levels, and Amir knows it all too well.
Amir Atieh, as an Israeli “Sabra,” grew up among secular Israelis, Christians, and Arabs. He faithfully served in the IDF (Israeli Army). Amir never knew his true spiritual heritage until, one day, he learned the truth about the promised Messiah of the Hebrew Scriptures in the most unlikely of ways. What’s more, Amir is one of the few among us who actually had a brief personal encounter with a man in bright, glowing white, but he never saw his face, only his form. He also had another rather interesting encounter with a Yeshua-believing son of an Orthodox rabbi. This story is quite similar to the Book of Acts, chapter 10, between Peter and Cornelius.
I had the opportunity to talk with Amir about his life’s journey from a secular Israeli to a prominent and growing Messianic Voice of Truth based in Perth, Western Australia.I think you will find his life story inspiring.
Join me for a chat with Amir Atieh (Arabic for a “giver”), his testimony, and his transformation from a secular Israeli to a Messianic Teacher: www.nathanael-ministries.com.
Unfortunately, Hebrew Nation Radio is still not back 0n-line yet, while the move is still in-progress, so live or streaming shows are not happening, but we can still post podcasts.
And, in this case – that’s a blessing, since Mark was able to welcome long-time favorite of HNR listeners back to the program for a recorded interview and Drive Time oriented discussion.
Join host Mark Call on this Independence Day, 2024, for a special in-depth look at what he demonstrates is THE Most Important Document Ever Written ORIGINALLY in the English Language, the Declaration of Independence…
…and why it has NEVER been more important to understand exactly what that means.
How do we get our lives unstuck? Is belief alone the thing that gets our lives moving and producing the kind of fruit we & God desire? How do we actualize the idealized version of ourselves?
In this series, we are seeking to answer the question Yeshua asked His disciples in John 1:38, “What do you want?”. Not only are we going to find out what we truly desire, but also some proven ways to become the image-bearing people we were created to be.

News and commentary for Tuesday, 2 July, 2024.
Hebrew Nation Radio is down for the time being, while the long-anticipated move is in-progress, so there are no live shows or regular streaming.
But – podcasts can still be downloaded.
So this is Mark’s news summary for the first two days of this very busy week.
Now we understand and should try to relate to the First-Century audience as the author of the letter makes the case for Messiah Yeshua’s place in the “big picture” and in the lives of the individuals as their standard of lifestyle was about to go away–the destruction of the Temple by the Romans and the suspension of the Aaronic/Levitical priesthood.
With that said we now go into chapter five where the author explains the differences between the Aaronic/Levitical priesthood and the Melchizedekian priesthood.
Then from chapter five Rabbi Steve touches on chapter six where we see a passage that has perplexed many, verses 4 through 6, specifically the word ‘impossible’. Does the passage tell us that some are doomed to destruction with no return?
If you’ve ever been told that the Book of Hebrews is just too hard to understand, then you definitely should watch this episode. Rabbi Berkson breaks down verse by verse, passage by passage, passionately relating the revealed meanings so that you understand and benefit.
Questions:
• If Messiah Yeshua takes on the role of High Priest (Heb 3:1) and does not qualify for the Aaronic – Priesthood, how can He be in that role?
• What “perfected” Messiah Yeshua? What do we struggle with?
• How does one become “dull of hearing”? What does it mean to be “dull of hearing”?
• What are “dead works”?
Take advantage of new teachings every week.

Today we are going to look at two seemingly unrelated topics, being a glutton and growing weary. First we’ll look at gluttony, both physical AND Spiritual. We are told in Exodus 16 that the children of Israel murmured against Moses because they wanted meat to eat like they had in Egypt. We’ll explore not only the obvious physical lesson against physically overeating meat from this story in Exodus as well as a possible Spiritual lesson about over indulging in Spiritual Meat? We tie all of this in with an encouraging message of not growing weary by taking breaks from Spiritual Meat and refreshing our Spirit in the Milk and Manna of Scripture… This message is a good reminder to be satisfied with the feast that YHWH sets before each of us and not constantly lust for more (I know I have been guilty of and had to repent for overeating at times (both physically and Spiritually), how about you?;) More messages like this one at www.HisWordHeals.com
Parsha “Shelach Lekha” (Numbers chapters 13 through 15) begins with a story that is often just called “The Spies,” because that might be sufficient to remind us what happened. But because the story is also truly tragic, there’s “more to the story.” As us so often also the case.
There was a time when most Americans knew what form of government we were supposed to have. Classes called “Civics” were taught, even in public schools, before they became open ‘indoctrination centers.’
It’s also now at least arguable that more people are starting to see that those who worship at the altar of the great fake god ‘Democracy’ don’t care much at all for the Real One that Wrote the Bible.
There is a “choice” to be made, but it isn’t among the “lesser of evils.”
The Erev Shabbat reading connects what Mark Call, of Shabbat Shalom Mesa fellowship, suggests are the VERY clear reasons WHY every single man ‘Numbered’ among that mixed multitude DIED – their “carcasses fell in the wilderness’ – before entering the Promised Land:
The Sabbath Day midrash will probably upset a lot of people. But, of course, so will what’s coming. And regular listeners know Mark is not inclined to “pull punches” – especially concerning Scripture-as-Written, but it’s time to make clear what He did to those who “despised His Word.”
They still do. And participation with them (or “following after a crowd to do evil”) can prove deadly.
The combined two-part teaching is here:
What is Truth? The better question is, “Who is Truth?” In Psalms 5 and 86, as well as others, David reminds us of the only source of truth. Yashua/Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life.” In this chaotic world that swirls around us and tries to gaslight us into believing its definition of truth that is evermore divergent from the real Truth, it is all the more important that we have a Source of Truth that does not change. A Source of Truth that we can rely on for blessings and life. We must keep our eye on the Truth that is shared with us out of a relationship with our Heavenly Father. Scripture says that we shall KNOW the truth and it will make us free. We must KNOW it which implies a relationship. That is our only protection in this crazy world!

Audio Reading: 2 Kings 18: 13-19:37 Acts 21:1-17
King Hezekiah comes under intense Psychological warfare from the invading King Sennacherib. This invading King tells the people:
“Dont let Hezekiah deceive you. He will never be able to rescue you from my power. Don’t let him fool you into trusting in the LORD by saying: “The LORD will surely rescue us. This city (Jerusalem) will never fall into the hands of the Assyrian King.” 2 Kings 18:29-30
How did Hezekiah handle this intense Psy op? What did he do? This age old battle tactic is still used today. Do you recognize it? How does it display in the mainstream media? Psyops are meant to cause people to be fearful, to be paralyzed, and to quit and give up. How shall we handle the intense pysops today? What can we glean from King Hezekiah?
Audio Reading: 2 Kings 22:3-23:30 Acts 21:37-22:16
What does it Take To Turn an Entire Nation Around?
King Josiah discovers the Torah scroll buried in the rubble of the Temple. He reads it, and then rips his robes in repentance. He then begins to tear down all the Asherah poles, the places of Baal worship and he cleanses his kingdom from these detestable idols.
