This week the annual Torah cycle reading begins the third Book in the Torah of Moshe.

The Erev Shabbat reading of the parsha begins B'midbar - literally, "In the Wilderness," which is a great description of the Book. But so, actually, is "Numbers".

There are a number of the "Words in Red" spoken by Yahushua that seem 'troubling' to many people. Especially if they have been taught about a warm, fuzzy, 'popularized jesus' who is Oh-So-Tolerant, doesn't have a whip, and didn't say a lot of the things that the Real Messiah evidently DID.

Likewise, there is a lot about the life of the prophet Hosea that much of "xtianity" would prefer to ignore, perhaps for reasons that SHOULD be obvious, given the lesson of his marriage. But it's what is prophesied to happen "Bemidbar," or 'in the wilderness,' to those who where once "lo ami" (NOT My people!) that seems to connect all of those disconcerting elements.

And they may even explain why the warning about "another jesus, whom we have not preached," is so vital to understand. Especially now.

Are we able to express our JOY in our Heavenly Father? David reminds us in many of the Psalms that we are to come Joyfully before our Heavenly Father and acknowledge the amazing things that He has done for us. He protects, provides, comforts, heals, and so many more actions on our behalf. If we can get so excited and yell at a football game for some human endeavor, can we not become even more excited for our Heavenly Father's actions on our behalf? It's about time we begin to concentrate on what is really important. Let's start majoring on the major things and minor in the minor things. It's time to invert our focus and let the world grow strangely dim. Blessings.

Let's start with what - at least for those with "eyes to see!" - should be obvious today:

They really DO want you dead. As Yahushua pointed out, the Adversary/Devil/BadDevilThing/etc, "comes but to steal, kill, and destroy." Which is a great description of what we see happening now, world-wide, but especially in AmeriKa-with-a-K.

That has been made especially clear by the Biden regime move to use the EPA to literally shut down the US electrical grid, while at the same time moving to eliminate both gas appliances and the internal combustion engine, allegedly to encourage purchase of EVs, which the peons won't be able to charge anyway!

But that's just the start. As Mark points out in the show, it's not hard to spot the lie, if you just ask the right questions, and connect some dots.
