Although Yahweh told a group of people that He chose them to be a select group for His purpose, there was a contingency attached, the “if/then” that we read about–“If you diligently obey my voice, then I will accept you as my people.” So, regardless of what is taught about "Jesus did it all", did He really? Yeshua did what He had to do and none of what we need to do.

We still have a responsibility to hear and do what we are commanded and walk before Him in humility. The Spirit of Yeshua, the Ruach haKodesh will help us with the desire and ability.

The 'Plan of Yah,' continues to play out, and this week we see how SO much testing begins to bear fruit.

This is a special time of year with both Hanukkah and Christmas celebrations in full swing. Whatever your expression of faith, it is a time of year to focus on the fact that Yahshua came to this earth to provide The Way for our Salvation. Psalm 2 exclaims that there are many in the world who do not want to submit to the rule of the King of Kings, but the Psalmist advises us to kiss the Son, and take refuge in Him. Our Heavenly Father has gone to every possible extent of restoring us to His original design and bringing us back into his presence. Take this season to recommit to His love and direction in your life. Blessings Psalm 96 is a great encouragement to us in these days of chaos we are living through. The Psalmist reminds us that our Heavenly Father is still in control, and we are called upon to offer Him the praise He deserves. Recently I received the words, "Worship is the Passport to the Kingdom." I believe that it is all-important to turn to our Heavenly Father, our Creator and offer Him the sacrifices of our praise - no matter what chaos is swirling around us. My challenge to each of you and myself is to purposefully find opportunities and create opportunities to offer up the praise that our Heavenly Father deserves. He has not left us alone - He is still in charge!

The Enemy's Hanukkah

Hanukkah is a Hebrew word meaning dedication.  Today we will first discuss "coming out" or UN-Assimilating and what we've all gone through to get where we are today and how we need to help each other stay strong and not RE-Assimilate.  We also look at "Merry Christmas" and some response ideas that may better glorify our Savior and King than "Happy Hanukkah".  Most people in the grocery checkout line are clueless as to what Hanukkah is other than a Jewish holiday and the Jewish religion rejects the only begotten Son, YHWH's Word having come in the Flesh.  Do we really want to appear to reject the birth of our Savior when there isn't even time to explain to this person what Hanukkah is all about or that December 25 isn't Jesus birthday and that Jesus isn't our Savior's Name anyway?  Can we really explain all that in 5 minutes or will we simply leave them believing we too (along with most of the world) have rejected our Savior?  Then after a beautiful song by Marty Goetz will read a few scriptures on Hanukkah or dedication including a fresh look at Shadrach, Meshach & Abed-Nego.
