This week the teachers explore Jeremiah chapter 13.

The teachers continue the study of Book of Jeremiah, or YermeYahu, chapter 12.

The extended study into the Book of Jeremiah, or YermeYahu, continues into chapter 12, where among the questions asked is, “Why do the wicked prosper?”

And like virtually all of the important queries in the Bible, it is no less apropos today.

The conclusion of Jeremiah chapter 11 includes more of the warnings about idolatry, and the fact that so much that was true when both houses were exiled so long ago is still true today.

But the teachers also take a look at some other Famous Lies, and how that fits the pattern.

It should be hard to ignore the parallels between a pagan culture that broke covenant with YHVH and the one that Jeremiah was talking to ‘in the flesh’.
