Ben Price joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Ben Price Was born and raised in Alberta, Canada. His love of magic was an early discovery and it followed him throughout his childhood and adolescent life. he has always been heavily involved in theatrics whether it was acting, designing, or creating, his presence was felt in the artistic community.
 
After graduating from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatrical design and production, Price started working in theatre as a stage/production manager. All the while, keeping his love of magic alive through literature and performance. 
 
Price has been performing magic since he was six years old and has performed magic professionally for the last nine years.

Al Val joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Al Val is a comedian, actor, writer and musician who has appeared on programs for CBC, One, OutTV, MTV, YTV, and soon will appear on CBC Gem’s “New Wave of Standup”. Al has built a respectable following through his unique and vulnerable yet imaginative brand of standup comedy and currently can be seen headlining shows all across North America, as well as having appeared at JFL Northwest, Zoofest, Laughfest, the San Francisco Comedy Festival and many more. However, besides standup he is no stranger to the improv and sketch scene, having graduated from Second City’s Conservatory Program, performed with improv troupe “Starwipe” for 8 years and regularly shredding face-melting licks as one half of the improv-drag-rock n’ roll duo “OverDude”. Between an ever-evolving, unforgettably authentic, compelling, energetic brand of comedy and a large breadth of talent, Al Val’s stock as a breakthrough entertainer is surely on the rise, to say the least. Also… he looks really cute in a dress. Just saying.

Dan Udy joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Dan Udy is a writer and comedian from London (UK) whose razor-sharp writing has grabbed the attention of comedy fans across Toronto. In his first year of performing he was nominated for best newcomer at the I Heart Jokes awards and invited to showcase for Just For Laughs. Marc Hallworth joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Marc Hallworth has been described as "too poor for how happy he is." Originally from Calgary, Alberta, Marc moved to Toronto in 2009 and has since been part of NXNE, YYComedy, FunnyFest, the Brantford Comedy Festival, “Funniest Clean Comedian on the Lakeshore”, and the Bollywood Monster Mashup, where he opened for Aparna Nancherla. He was the second place winner of the 2017 Flat Tire Comedy Competition, a semi-finalist in the 2017 Toronto Comedy Brawl and 2016 Prove You're A Comic Competition, has appeared on SiriusXM Radio as part of “Canada Laughs,” and was chosen to host the Ontario Celebration Zone as part of the 2015 PanAm Games. His sketch troupe Vest of Friends are the winners of the Best-of-the-Fest Award at both the Toronto and Montreal SketchFests, and were named one of Bite.ca's “10 Canadian Sketch Troupes You Need To See Right Now.” He is an improv tournament champion at both the TheatreSports Micetro and Toronto Beerprov, and got to be part of The BooProv Halloween Spooktacular with Colin Mocherie. With material that's not out to offend, his few goofy ideas mixed among a ton of personal anecdotes all culminate towards a ton of laughs and some real optimism!

Sarah Ashby joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. What do you get when you put Regina George’s mean spirit into Garth from Wayne’s World’s body? Why you get Sarah Ashby! This 5 time Roast Battle Champion has been performing all around Southern Ontario and has appeared in multiple festivals including JFL 42, the Bi- Arts Fest, the Brantford Comedy Festival, and the 420 Comedy Festival. This cohost and coproducer of Comedy Mixtape, a musical comedy show that runs at Comedy Bar the 3rd Wednesday of the month, also performs sketch comedy with Kiss the Dog and does Drag as Nic Sparxxx! Nick Eakins joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Nick Eakins is an up-and-coming Canadian comedian and writer. Although he’s only been performing stand-up for less than 8 months, Nick’s has appeared at Yuk Yuk’s in both Toronto and Burlington, The Corner Comedy Club, Comedy Kapow, and more. Drew Picklyk joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Drew Picklyk is a Toronto based comedian. Starting standup in Montréal he moved back home to Ontario in 2016 was a finalist in the 2017 Toronto Comedy Brawl. He has since gone on to perform on shows during the Melbourne International Comedy Festival and can be heard weekly on his and co-host Amish Patel’s (@fadetobrown) podcast “Let’s Come to an  Understanding” (@understandingpod)

Dana Schiemann joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Dana Schiemann is an actor, singer, comedian and Canadian Air Guitar Champion currently residing in Toronto, Ontario. Schiemann was cast in Toronto's first Second City House Company ensemble, directed by Leslie Seiler in 2016. She's also performed on the Second City Mainstage in four contrasting Writing shows. You can watch Schiemann in various television shows such as Cheryl in Season 5 of Letterkenny (Comedy Network, Crave TV), Miss Elizabeth Ann Hulette (VICE), the Mayor of Mega City in Massive Monster Mayhem (Nickelodeon) and Denise Bozarth in Fatal Vows (Discovery ID). Schiemann recently returned from the Caribbean working aboard the MSC Seaside performing with BeerProv At Sea.

Jonathan Shaboo joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Jonathan is excited to be on the Heckled podcast with Jimmer Lowe and promises to listen to an episode soon. A three year veteran of the Second City Toronto and recent graduate of Steppenwolf Theatre in Chicago, Jonathan can’t wait to put his pretentious theatre education to good use live with Jim.

Olivia Stadler joins Jimmer Lowe for an Episode of Q'd Up. Olivia Stadler is a fast rising young comedian. Within her first 6 months of performing comedy, Olivia was already nominated for the 'Best Newcomer Comic' IHJ Award.

Olivia hosts and produces a monthly show, the first Saturday of the month at Comedy Bar called 'Literally Dead' which regularly sells out. She also hosts the Herb series 'Yeah Dude, Why Not?' where her quick wit and charm helps each video receive hundreds of thousands of viewers.

Olivia graduated with a Media and Creative Writing degree from the University Of Western Ontario, is a former Narcity staff writer, and is currently enrolled in the prestigious Film & Screenwriting program at UCLA. She also studied comedy, writing, and acting at The Second City Training Centre. She has also graduated from the Armstrong Acting Academy.
