The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly: A Biblical Perspective on Marriage

Text: Ephesians 5:22-33

“Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her.” (Ephesians 5:25)

Marriage is between one man and one woman. 

Marriage is one of the most beautiful gifts God has given to humanity. It is a covenant relationship that reflects Christ’s love for the Church. However, marriage is not always easy. There are seasons of joy, but there are also moments of struggle and pain.

Special guest Lynn Wheeler, Traveling Evangelist from Oklahoma. You will be blessed by his ministry.

God knows us and fully loves us, even with our faults and struggles. As we continue in our walk with Jesus, we continue to learn DEEPER and grow DEEPER in our knowledge and love of God. Yet, this knowing of God is fully shown in our love for God and love for others.

There were several things that dropped in my spirit when I knew that I was going to be preaching to this group of pastors this morning.
