Terry & Samalee Allen have served in ministry together since 1982. Hand in hand, from being volunteer youth pastors and worship leaders at 18 they have enjoyed the will and people of God at every turn. Whether it was through local pastoral work, state youth leadership or in their national missions work related to Calcutta, India, all of it has led to building strong relationships with many leaders across the U.S. This has set them on a course in the will of God to be where they are today.  
In 2019 they became the Co-Founders of the MVP Leader Group - A ministry designed to honor, encourage and connect ministry leaders for the purposes of mental, physical and Spiritual health. 
In short, MVP fuels the called. MVP strengthens and and helps replenish leaders who are themselves in need. MVP sharpens the tip of the spear when it comes to leadership in the Body of Christ.  
MVP helps keep our best in the game.

God empowers us to know his love and to be changed by it.

If you love God, then you have love for everyone. If you do not have love for everyone then you do not have the Love of the father.

We can only love others to the measure that we are full of God’s love.
