Dean Arnold Corll, infamously known as "The Candy Man" or "The Pied Piper," was an American serial killer, rapist, and abductor behind the horrific Houston Mass Murders. With the help of teenage accomplices David Brooks and Elmer Wayne Henley, Corll lured and murdered numerous young victims in what became one of the worst serial murder cases in U.S. history.
