The guest chef was Vadalia VanDam and she appears on WSCA - 106.1 FM - Audio Theatre, a low power FM Community Radio Station and prepares Cajun Roast Beef for our listeners. I did an Audio Theater show on WSCA from 2004 until 2016 and had Vadalia back several times.... always enjoyed creating these short skits for my listeners... so thought I would toss one in here. Hope you like it. This aired in September of 2015... so not a "real" old time radio show, but it was created by a real old person!
