Hey members got something cool for you. I told you Gary was coming in to do his debrief of the written. Before we get to that, playing the screen is N8626P coming to Helicopter Online Ground School next week. The fun thing is a lot of you guys and girls know Gary from the filming we did in the original modules one through ten. You see him in the PTS and some of the other stuff. The filming we did three years ago, four years ago when he was going for his private, now he's getting ready to go for the commercial. We're just going to debrief, talk about how his written test went the other day. He went through it, passed, got it. I said, "Hey while it's fresh in your mind, come in, let's just debrief." The other thing I want to tell you is when you see this video go live tonight, I'm going to open up the sign-up again to let some more people in. We had fifty people, fifty members, sign up to the new Helicopter Online Ground School. I closed it back down to give me a break. I answered every email, every problem. Got everybody fixed, all fifty of those people are up and running, using the new system and everybody loves it.
With that being said, it was nice to close it and give me a break. For about five hours yesterday, I was either texting, email, on the phone. Just resetting browsers and helping people make sure they got in. I can tell you here's the problem. People are trying to log into the new site with their old log-in or vice versa. Every time somebody had trouble getting in, all I had to do was get them to clear their browser. Sometimes it took two or three times but absolutely everybody got in. I had one guy that had to email me three times, he couldn't get in. Then I reset his account and he got in so whether it was resetting the account or the browser, he got in. The new Ground School will be open again. Go to the update tab here on the original site. Sign up, get into the new site. I'm going to close it back down. Do the same thing so that once ... I'm going to leave it open for twenty four hours and I can make sure I get everybody in. Make sure everybody's up and running and then we'll open it up again.
Gary Cleveland, I think he's talking to that camera. This is kind of fun too, ?this is the first two camera interview we've done. Gary, tell our members what you used to study for the written test?
Gary: The commercial pilot test was a lot like the private written test I think. Primarily I used the ASA Test Prep which is supposed to give you every combination of question that you maybe faced with on test day.
Kenny: What I want to add is, I used ASA for every single one of my written tests. I like the ASA book better because some other books they put everything in the same book. With ASA, you can open the written test prep book, you can open the book with the diagrams. Am I right?
Gary: Yes.
Kenny: That way as you're going through it, you can read the question. You can look over here at the figure and the other books, other makes, you're in the front of the book then you're going clear back to the back to look at a figure. You're flipping back and forth. It's sure nice when you're studying because you got to go through all probably six hundred questions you're studying.
Gary: Yes.
Speaker 1: It's nice to have both books open, go through, work through this way and then go over here. That's what I recommend, that's what Gary did. The ASA Test Prep Manual so that's probably your A number one place. You used ASA. What did you use ... I know you were using some software testing yourself?
Gary: When you buy the ASA, they give you I believe it's five free online tests. You can go through there and get a feel for the actual test. It's going to be on a computer and it's going to be counting down from the three hour mark. The answering of the questions and multiple choi(continued)
