What's your ‘upper limit’ store?
You know the one - the label that comes to mind when you think of something out of your reach.
The place you think ‘I could never.'
That store is the limit to what you think you're worth in sooooo many other areas of your life.
For some clients, it can feel stretchy to start looking at options from ‘higher-end’ high-street like &Other Stories.
Let's say they're a high-level exec who has a team, but still feels like the junior who's getting it all wrong.
Nine times out of 10, their wardrobe is full of clothes that represent the ‘junior’ past version of themselves.
And it's very very hard to elevate into Boss-Mode, when every day you're pulling on clothes that drag you down.
There is absolutely no judgement from me. But my job is to help stretch your understanding of what's ‘for’ someone like you.
Why? Because as long as there are things ‘off limits’ for you, you're capping your income.
You need to accept and own the fact that you are the boss now. YOU are the grown-up, intelligent woman with bucketloads of expertise who deserves to be dressing like it.
Thinking that it's better to have a big bag of stuff from {insert mega-speed fast fashion store} than it is to have a few considered pieces from an eclectic mix of good quality retailers is false economy ❌
When you limit the places you'll buy from, because deep down you have these messy money and self-beliefs that have you feeling not good enough for anything else, you're limiting your style. And with it, your income.
It's likely that if this is how your relationship with clothes is going, this is how things are going elsewhere in your life
