  • Enneagram Wings with the FRA Team
All of the FRA team members are together again on the Hello Frances podcast! Greg, Janae, Hillaree, Kelsey, Jodie, Gregory, Kayla, and Meredith join Shantelle on the microphone this week to dive deeper into our discussions about enneagram types. After our first enneagram episode was so well-received, we decided to cover more, so this week we are discussing our enneagram wings.
All enneagram results provide an enneagram number along with a wing number. The wing is the number on either side of your type that you resonate with most. For example, an enneagram type two will either have one wing or a three wing. Our team members share their wing numbers and examine the strengths, weaknesses, and motivators of each.

  • Work/Life Balance
For the first time in a while, Shantelle is solo on the mic! This week she discusses the popular subject of work/life balance (or, in her opinion, the lack thereof). This was a hot topic before the pandemic but is now even more relevant as many of us are now working where we live. Shantelle shares that she considers her work as a part of her life and doesn’t see it as an exterior element. Instead of following what she “should” do to balance the two, she shares how she uses her intuition to maximize efficiency and to be present in her current situation.

  • Enneagram Types with the FRA Team (Special Extended Episode)
All of the FRA team members are together again on the Hello Frances podcast! Greg, Janae, Hillaree, Kelsey, Jodie, Gregory, Kayla, and our summer intern Meredith join Shantelle on the microphone this week to discuss our enneagram types and how we use them to effectively collaborate with one another.
Our team members share their enneagram types, including their wings and growth and stress areas. If you have no idea what any of that means, no worries! We break it all down in the episode. Our diverse team of nine covers almost all nine personality types, with very few members having the same enneagram number. Tune in to see which number we are missing, and why we think that personality type would be a huge benefit to our organization.

Lori Leath Smith, publisher of Bay Life, Destin Life and SoWal Life, joins us on this week’s episode of the Hello Frances podcast to share her insight on publishing your passion. Lori gives advice for individuals just starting out in their career and explains how they can set themselves apart from others in the same position. Shantelle and Lori both agree that passion and desire to work for a certain brand or company are crucial from potential new hires. They also discuss switching gears in your career if you discover that something you once enjoyed is not truly what you are passionate about.

Although we were at an advantage compared to less agile organizations, we’ve learned so much during this time including what’s necessary for us to attend in-person, how to work more efficiently, and the significance of focusing on the important things in life like spending time with our families.
