Judge and JD sit down with Jessica and students from Casa Über Alles, the program where Fredericksburg High School construction students build fully functional small homes right on campus. Casa Über Alles is a nonprofit collaboration between the Wine Country Division of the Hill Country Builders Association and the FHS Architecture & Construction Career Pathway. Each finished home is auctioned, and the proceeds fund the next school year's build. The students talk about what it's like to build a real house before graduation, the local professionals who volunteer their time as mentors, and why hands-on, blue-collar training matters for the future of Fredericksburg. Then Texas honky-tonk artist Derryl Perry stops by to talk about his new single "Back to Dallas," now playing on radio. Born and raised in Texas, Derryl has played thousands of shows and shared the stage with Aaron Watson, Randy Rogers Band, Dierks Bentley and Gary Allan, keeping the Urban Cowboy and '90s dance-hall sound alive. And the big one: we announce the winner of the Cheers Fun Bus Party Bus Giveaway from Wine-Heimer Tours, a private party bus for up to 14 guests. Thank you to everyone who entered. In this episode:- How Casa Über Alles works, from the first board to auction day- What students learn on a real job site- How local builders mentor the next generation- The story behind "Back to Dallas"- The Cheers Fun Bus Giveaway winnerGuests and links:Derryl Perry: derrylperry.com | Instagram @derrylperry | facebook.com/derrylperryListen to "Back to Dallas": https://open.spotify.com/artist/3NS46MKDcYgubKxbqVTPMxWine-Heimer Tours: wine-heimertours.com | @wineheimer_tours | 830-329-6608Want to advertise on The Judge & JD Show? At 26 weeks, surgeons opened a mother’s uterus, placed an IV in her baby’s tiny hand, and removed a tumor from the baby’s beating heart; the child remained in the womb for ten more weeks before birth. On Going Rogue with Lara Logan, OB-GYN Bill Lyle describes fetal surgery and other treatments including blood transfusions and spina bifida repair and argues that such advances should change how people think about abortion. The conversation also turns to the practical and ethical questions surrounding high-risk pregnancy care, IVF and frozen embryos, and what happens when a mother’s life is in danger.

hi ggb:)
What do you do when God feels distant?
In this episode, we dive into Psalm 42 and explore what it means to trust God in seasons of suffering, silence, and spiritual dryness.
We talk about longing for His presence, preaching truth to our souls, and holding on to hope even when we can't feel Him. A reminder that God's silence does not mean His absence.
TEACHING BEGINS AT 16 MINUTES!
we love you so much. Jesus loves you more. -Ang & Ari
