Former Special Agent Joe Banister Exposes the Fake 1040-A and how the IRS allegedly fabricates computer codes to create fraudulent tax assessments against individuals who never filed returns. Banister, who resigned from the IRS in 1999 after concluding most Americans aren't legally required to pay federal income tax, shares his personal battle against the agency, including a criminal prosecution that ended in acquittal. He also discusses constitutional arguments surrounding the 16th Amendment and income tax, directing listeners to his website, agentfortruth.com, for further evidence.

A deal that looked like a six-week nightmare turns into a celebration and a long-term mission. We walk you through the moment Patriot Academy closes on 40 cottages that will house students, pastors, veterans, and leaders for years to come, and we talk honestly about what it feels like to stare down a deadline and watch God turn stress into momentum. If you care about Christian leadership, civic education, and building institutions that last, this story will hit home.

From there, we pivot into American history you probably didn’t learn in school. Tim shares the jaw-dropping account of Revolutionary War patriot Samuel Whittemore, an 80-year-old veteran who takes on British soldiers alone, survives the impossible, and still tries to reload. It’s more than a wild story. It’s a reminder that courage and conviction are muscles, and a nation forgets who it is when it forgets what it did.

Then Pastor Tom Mullins joins us to unpack his new book, Grandpa’s Wisdom: Unlocking the Secrets of a Victorious Life. We talk about “no traffic jams on the second mile,” why excellence matters in every assignment, and how integrity protects you when pressure rises. Along the way we connect biblical principles to practical habits that strengthen families, churches, and communities.

If you enjoyed the conversation, subscribe to the podcast, share it with a friend, and leave a review so more people can find these faith-and-culture conversations. What’s one piece of “grandpa wisdom” you wish every young person heard?
