Mickey Hay and Erin Cressy comprise the dynamic team of Cressy Consulting, a firm that transforms business and changes lives through expert leadership coaching, training, and consulting.

Melanie is a 14 yr. stage 2B Breast Cancer Conqueror. She is a Co-Host and Promotions director with Pulse FM radio. She celebrates her 30th Anniversary with Steve this year and her pride and joy are her 2 married sons, a daughter and 2 grandchildren.

Kathy is a nationally known Wardrobe Stylist Image Consultant and the President of the Style & Image Institute. She has styled looks for celebrities in Hollywood, looks for red carpet events, big advertising campaigns, and political candidates; her resume includes commercial projects for Redbook Magazine, Wal-Mart and Kenmore, being a part of several reality and talk TV shows, being asked to train with Stacy London from the famed television show “What Not To Wear.” But, the core of her business is helping moms, business leaders and entrepreneurs reclaim their inner beauty.

Through the years, Kathy has written for several magazines and appeared on radio and television programs as a Fashion & Style Expert. She prides herself as a "fashion therapist" and is convinced the right pair of shoes can change your life!

Kathy is from Northern Indiana and currently resides in South-Central Indiana. Her most impressive titles are ‘Mom’ to a teenage daughter, Anya; and ‘wife’ to Dave.

Kim has been a hairdresser, business owner and national educator for more than 30 years. Through her many experiences in the for-profit and non-profit business worlds, Kim has become a business woman, fundraiser, event planner, educator, public speaker, author and the face of Hello Gorgeous! Kim received the Mom`s Choice Award for her first book, “Hello Gorgeous!: A Journey of Faith, Love and Hope”. Kim received the 2011 Spirit of Women award, an American Cancer Society 2014 Coaches Verses Cancer Inspirational Award and Kim recently received the prestigious George H. W. Bush, Points of Light award in 2015.

Kristi Parrott is a 45 year old woman. She is married and the mother of two. She is also two time Breast Cancer survivor. She chooses to use laughter and love to flip the negative prognosis to a positive one in order to fight her Stage IV cancer.

Trisha Greenlee is the director of operations at Hello Gorgeous! a national nonprofit who is restoring the beauty that cancer steals. With surprise head to toe makeovers, and cosmetic education to women battling all cancers. Trisha has been with the organization since the beginning in 2005. Hello Gorgeous!

" It's all about the women!" Using her professional salon experience, Trisha has performed hundreds of makeovers pampering women in this program.

Trisha is a certified Hello Gorgeous! salon affiliate coach, event planner, and is blessed to create an experience, through education, to empower with battling cancer.

Trisha has loving husband, and a 12 year old daughter, and 11 month old son.

Lillie is a breast cancer survivor that received a head to toe Hello Gorgeous! Makeover at our affiliate salon in Tifton, Georgia she is here today to share her cancer story and her makeover experience.
